He has led and coordinated projects implemented in cooperation with UNDP, the EU, USAID, ILO, the World Bank, UNICEF, and government authorities of Uzbekistan and the region.
His areas of expertise include project team management, development of training programs and methodologies, delivery of ToT (Training of Trainers), support to SMEs, youth and women entrepreneurs, as well as monitoring and evaluation of project results. Over the past two years, Umidbek has served as Deputy Director of the company, following a successful long-term career as Head of the Department of International Economic Relations and Investment Attraction at Uztextileprom Association. Anton has more than 7 years of experience in international companies as an industrial productivity specialist and engineer, he has a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from one of the leading European universities. Dostonbek specializes in labor law, human rights, and business law, and has an international law degree from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
